It's been a while! Many things have happened that I wanna talk about..
I've gotten a battery for my psp!! It's actually portable now! well... It has been, for maybe around a month or so at least. I played a bit of Ratchet and Clank: Size matters. It's pretty fun!
I've recently began hanging out more with an irl friend. We've been watching movies from her collection of DVDs. I don't watch movies often so it's nice that we do so!!!
Uh... I've gone to thrift stores as well.. I found a nice pair of boots. They're a bit worn, but that's to be expected! I really really like them anyway and I'm glad I got them!! They actually resemble splatoon's punk nights quite a bit, only that they're warm on the inside, which is perfect considering the temperature's starting to get colder around here!!
I GOT A MODDED SWITCH!!!!! I have messed around with a few mods here and there for splatoon 3... and by few I mean flexlion, an inktoling mod and a side order plaza over splatsville mod. the latter two of which i tested out maybe an hour ago LOL
I wanted to take screenshots of Rider in the memverse!!! and me as well !!!! Turns out that's a bit tricker than I thought XP taking pictures in the memverse, I mean.
I thought there might be a mod that allows playing as an inkling in side order.. I think you could do model swap shenanigans for that but IDK I'm no expert
HOWEVER!!! About the inktoling mod! it swaps the inkling and octoling models. So, you can make your avatar an inkling with octoling hair and vice versa. There is a version of the mod that changes Eight's base model to be that of an inkling.
Using flexlion I can change the hair!! I don't know the correct term for it but its cool methinks. What I mean is, usually with the inktoling mod you'll still have just one specie's(?) hair.......
With flexlion, I can change it to match the species. BOOM! Inkling in side order!!
Cool stuff. but ultimately, I really wanted screenshots for my memverse AU... another way I've thought to do it is by doing stuff wth the camera, taking pictures OF the memverse, then taking screenshots of Rider and I using the player viewer thing And editing the screenshots and.... Actually maybe it'd be easier with hoianviewer.... maybe I could learn using a 3d modeling software instead.
RIGHT, RIGHT!! Speaking of 3d modeling software!.... I wanna learn to maybe make custom-ish clothes, or to sorta 'merge' two headgear.. Or, ya know, a simple recolouring job. out of those three, the last one would be the easiest to start with, I think. But then I want to have that recoloured headgear in the memverse so.... more model swapping???????

EHH Its all good I think. Hopefully I'll take some time out of my day to learn splatoon 3 ( and 2) modding in the future!!!
